Availability and Shipments

It may be possible that the book you order is not available immediately. We will always keep you informed of the status of your book order and will let you know the aproximate delivery date. Publishers in Spain have very different times of delivery, due to several reasons that go beyond our control. Please understand if a book takes slightly longer than expected. Import books which we may not have in stock could also take some time to be received, depending on where they come from. If the delivery date is too long ... you can always cancel your order.

 

If your book order includes more than one item and one of them is not in stock, we offer you the possibility of ordering partial shipments. If you want this option, let us know when ordering your books.

 

If a book is out of print, or it is back-in-print again we will also let you know.

 

The shopping basket will calculate automatically the shipment cost considering the city and country of destination as well as the total weight of the books ordered. We will give you then as many as three different shipping options and their cost and you will decide according to your needs. We have chosen DHL as our express delivery service due to their experience, professional attitude and reasonable prices. One more thing ... If you are buying more than 100.00 € in books and your address of destination is in Spain (including the Balearic and the Canary Islands) the shipment is FREE, via standard mail.

 

Shipment costs include handling, packaging, international insurance and the Spanish customs duties (if the shipment is sent out of the European Union). All our shipments out of Spain are done as legal exports therefore we deduct the Value Added Tax. tulibro, s.l. cannot be responsible for paying any local taxes and/or customs duties at the country of destination.

 

Your customer number and password (which you will obtain with your first purchase) will let you know the status of your shipment any time entering in your área de cliente. There we will tell you if your order has already been sent, if there is a book missing, etc. All international shipments sent via DHL can also be traced clicking on www.dhl.com and entering your tracking number which we will provide.
