Returns and Claims
Our commitment towards our clients starts with our guarantee of full-satisfaction or we will send you your money back or will gladly let you exchange your product. No questions asked and no troubles to return your merchandise. We only ask you to follow the following instructions:
The book must be in perfect condition, without any marks or sign of having been used.
Within 7 days of reception of the book that you want to return, you should notify us via e-mail that you wish to do so writing to atencion_cliente@tulibro.com. Please indicate your full personal data and the reason why you are returning the product (we need to know just in case it was our mistake).
If it was our mistake or the product is defective we will take care of the new shipping charges, otherwise the cost of the return of the merchandise is your responsibility (you can send it to us via standard mail). Please try and get the original packaging so that the book arrives in perfect condition.
Unless you want to get another product in exchange of your return or want to keep credit for future purchases, we can give you a refund of your money. Please allow aproximately 2 weeks after receiving your book for us to send you this refund.
Videotapes and all software products must keep their original plastic wrapping in order to accept returns.
When receiving your shipment, it is important that you check its proper condition. If you are totally satisfied, please contact us and we will try and find out what happened. Defective books (for instance, with missing pages) will be exchanged for the same title.
